Pavia Real Estate Services, LLC was founded by Dominic Pavia in 2007, after he spent eight successful years in the commercial real estate brokerage business with a large firm in Syracuse, New York.  Dominic Pavia had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional sale and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services.  With a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State’s Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier, Pavia Real Estate is prepared to fulfill all commercial real estate requirements.

Pavia Real Estate’s mission is to be the premier full service commercial real estate company in Upstate New York.  Our path to achieving this mission is to:

  John Jweid: John joins Pavia with over 25 years of sales and business management experience. For the past 12 years, John enjoyed a successful career with the Carbone Auto Group. John lives in Whitesboro with his wife, Susan, and children, John, Emily, Charis and Caleb.

 

 

 

  
  Jeff Crannell: Jeff joins Pavia Real Estate with 25 years experience working with and running a family Building Supply business.
