COMPANY HISTORY

Pavia Real Estate Services, LLC was founded by Dominic Pavia in 2007, after he spent eight successful years in the commercial real estate brokerage business with a large firm in Syracuse, New York. Dominic Pavia had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional sale and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services. With a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State’s Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier, Pavia Real Estate is prepared to fulfill all commercial real estate requirements.


MISSION STATEMENT

Pavia Real Estate’s mission is to be the premier full service commercial real estate company in Upstate New York. Our path to achieving this mission is to:

BROKERAGE RELATED SERVICES

Brokerage represents the core business function of the company. Pavia Real Estate Services professionals specialize in office, industrial, investment and retail properties. The company’s proven track record in property disposition demonstrates a thorough understanding of building construction, valuation, marketing and tenant/landlord representation.


CONSULTING SERVICES

Consulting Services provide complementing support, including property and tenant evaluation, opinions of value, financial analysis, including lease and cash flow analysis, financing, economic incentives, and market research. Support personnel provide reliable information necessary to assist companies of any size.


DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Acting as an extension of any existing corporate real estate department, Pavia Real Estate Services can provide support, including site assessment, analysis, acquisition services, pre-development planning, entitlement process and construction.


MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Pavia Real Estate Services provides portfolio analysis and property management, whether on a short-term basis during the marketing and disposition period, or on a long-term basis in the marketing and management of investment and retail properties. Pavia Real Estate Services specializes in managing risk to maximize our client’s return.


OUR TEAM

 

Dominic Pavia: Dominic Pavia began his real estate career in 1999 with Pyramid Brokerage Company. While with Pyramid, Pavia was awarded “Salesperson of the Year” and “Deal of the Year” five out of the last eight years. During his career Pavia has procured over $220,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions.

In April of 2007 Pavia founded Pavia Real Estate Services. Pavia’s goal was to expand the scope of services offered to his clients and provide the same work ethic and integrity from which he developed throughout his career in the commercial real estate industry.

 

John Jweid: John joined Pavia sales team in 2007 with over 25 years experience in sales and business management. Prior to working with Pavia, John enjoyed a successful career with Carbone Auto Group where he earned numerous awards for customer service and satisfaction. John lives in Whitesboro with his children, Emily and John.

Brian Snow: Brian Snow joined Pavia Real Estate in 2012. Brian brings 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate field with concentration in the Office and Industrial disciplines.

Brian has concentrated in the field of Corporate Services as an exclusive Tenant Representative for one of the largest defense contractors in the world and uses that experience to provide unparalleled service to corporations in and out of the region as a single point of contact for a variety of needs.:

 

Pat Agen: Patrick Agen joined Pavia Real Estate Services in 2012. Patrick has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate as a small business owner, shopping center owner/manager, developer and commercial real estate sales and leasing associate.

Patrick’s knowledge of all aspects pertaining to commercial real estate provides customers with well-rounded representation in their real estate interests.
