After 12 successful years in
the automotive industry John joins Pavia Real
Estate Services with a "can do" attitude. During
his first four months with the company he has
brought in 11 listings and 1.5 million dollars
in purchase offers. Dominic Pavia says, "John is

Coast Olive Oil Expands Operations |

East Coast Olive
Oil, the largest olive oil importer in the
United States, has constructed a 185,000 square
foot facility at the Griffiss Business &
Technology Park in Rome, New York. Founded in
1991, East Coast imports about 23,000 metric
tons of oil per year from farmers and co-ops in
Mediterranean countries, including Italy, Spain,
and Greece. Including its own brands, East Coast
serves 60% of the private label marketing by
bottling olive oil for retailers, such as
Wegmans Food Markets Inc. and Price Chopper
groceries. |

Management Co. Continues Investing in the Mohawk
Valley |

Cafua Management Co.
continues investing in the Utica-Rome area by
opening five Dunkin' Donuts shops and remodeling
their Seneca Turnpike, New Hartford shop. One
Dunkin' Donuts shop is under construction on the
corner of Schuyler Street and Oriskany Boulevard
and should be open around the first of the year.
A free standing shop will be located in the
Mohawk Plaza in East Utica. Construction will
begin in spring 2008 and should create 10 to 15
full-time and part-time jobs. Cafua MAnagement
Co. now has 210 Dunkin' Donuts franchises in
Maine, New Harpshire, Massachusetts, Florida,
and New York. |
